I came to WadeTrained because I wanted to explore my options after going to another privately owned gym for over 3 years. In those 3 years I had always been consistent, working out 5-6x/week, but I felt like I had hit the dreaded plateau of what I was capable of. I wanted better results, but wasn’t sure if that was even possible.
I’ve only been coming to WADE for about 6 weeks now, but I can totally see my body transforming. My shoulders and back are wider, legs are stronger, I am leaner and more fit than I was when I walked in the door! The best thing is I can definitely tell that I have dropped at least an inch off of my waist! For me, that’s amazing! I’ve never had these kinds of drastic results happen so quickly!
Obviously I love the results, but even more I love the experience at WADE. The workouts stay challenging and they are always coming up with new ways to keep things new and exciting. The trainers are invested in helping you increase your overall quality of life. Whether you need to sit down and talk about better eating choices or how to reduce the amount of stress you are under, the staff encourages you to come talk. I love that family atmosphere and I think it’s been a massive factor in my success.
“I originally walked into WadeTrained without the intention of training for myself. I brought my teenage children in for an athletic assessment because I had heard great things about their middle school athlete programs, but I left that session motivated to get my whole family involved.
Prior to that, I mainly ran for exercise and felt okay, but the same runs for years were getting monotonous and my energy started to reflect that. I knew I needed to mix things up by adding some strength training. I’m naturally tall and thin so this has always been a challenge for me, but after meeting with Ryan and Tyler I felt comfortable knowing they had a plan for me to get the results I wanted.
I can easily say that after 6 months at WadeTrained, I have expanded my exercise to include significant strength training to compliment my passion for running. This has helped me increase my energy in my everyday activities. The WadeTrained team does a fantastic job of challenging me to become stronger and push for these goals that don’t come naturally to me. They keep things up tempo and fun, while still keeping my running goals attainable and easier because of the additional energy and strength.”
My job requires me to be on the road or flying from city to city most days of the week. Over time this really started catching up to me in pounds and inches. Being a former athlete I didn’t like the path my body was going down, but I couldn’t find any gym that I could find any right mix of consistency and scheduling flexibility with.
Ryan and the team at WadeTrained made it so easy to have success. They even provided me with workout routine I can take on the road and do in my hotel room. When i’m home I love that If I ever have anything pop up or if I need more personal attention they are not only willing, but genuinely excited to help modify or add exercises that give me exactly what MY body needs to feel great and continue to improve.
Just after three short months, I’m seeing great results, I’m feeling better than I have in years, and have far more energy to spend quality time with my family when I’m not traveling.
While there are several program options you can choose from based on schedule and preference, everyone who joins this program gets:
A full personal fitness assessment to determine your goals and the quickest way to get there. Everyone begins with their initial assessment, where you will have the chance to describe your goals, what has and has not worked for you in the past, and what you need from us to make sure those goals become a reality.
New exercise programs every 3-6 weeks so you are always making progress and never getting bored. One thing most men mention about other programs that haven’t worked is they get bored easily from doing the same thing over and over again.
Nutrition and Mindset coaching and assistance and body measurements so you can track your fat loss and muscle building progress – and know what to eat to accelerate both. No matter your lifestyle , there are ways to improve your eating habits.
Support from other guys like you – no one has to do it alone. One of the best aspects of the Men’s program is the friendships that form during training. You’ll be training with other guys in the same situation as you, which can help keep you motivated and learn new strategies to overcome issues you may have.
