How Do I Get Started?

Before training at WadeTrained, every athlete will go through a thorough assessment.

The assessment includes:

  • Goal setting session where the athlete can work with a coach to set their short- and long-term goals.
  • Movement Screening during First session revealing where athletes need to improve to stay injury free and get faster and stronger.
  • Nutrition Assessment to make sure all the hard training is put to good use by making proper choices with their food.
  • Program Selection where the coach, parent and athlete will work together to find the optimal program.
  • After this one-hour process, the athlete and their family will know exactly what they need to work on to be their absolute best.

What training options do I have?

We currently offer middle school and high school training.

All programs can be modified to the athlete’s current season.

There are training options available for all budgets.

Shawn came to WadeTrained as an 11 year old, very dedicated hockey player struggling to win races to the puck and battles in the corners.

In the first 6 months of training 3-5x per week Shawn gained 15 lbs of lean muscle and increased his strength and speed dramatically.
